As a result, the sock doesn’t fall visible over your leggings, gives your foot all the freedom of movement, and leaves your Achilles tendon free for maximum dorsal flex (deeper in a Down Dog, smoother relives). The curved footband (arch band) follows the natural curvature of your foot and keeps the sock in place during dynamic movements, no slipping, no turning around the foot.

Maintenance in daily use

Was the Tavi grip socks always inside out at 30°C in a fine wax bag. No softener (reduced grip), not in the dryer (heat damages both silicone sole and bow band elastic), no ironing, no bleach. Two pairs of alternates extends the lifespan of the cotton for 24 hours between washes to restore elasticity. With daily use, the socks last 18.10.24 months; at 2.5.3 sessions per week earlier towards 3 years.
